UK SHIPPING:

Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to be processed. 

Allow 1-4 days for shipping.

INTERNATIONAL AND EUROPE SHIPPING:

Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to be processed. 

Allow 3-6 days for shipping.

All international orders are shipped on a Delivered At Place (DAP) basis. This means the order price does not include any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees charged by the destination country.

By placing an international order, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are the importer of record and are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, or other charges levied by your country's customs authority.
• These charges are not included in your order total or shipping cost and are collected separately by the courier or customs authority.
• DHL (or our nominated carrier) may contact you directly — by phone, email, or text — to collect payment of these charges before your order can be released for final delivery.
• Failure to pay these charges may result in delays, return of the shipment to us, or disposal by customs, and any costs incurred as a result (including return shipping) are the customer's responsibility.
